The GRATITUDE Board that follows is designed to help you get in the habit of naming and giving thanks for the blessings and grace that make up your day (old school, pen to paper, gratitude pads are available at B.C. DOgoods). Those who are happiest and most serene, want what they have and are grateful for it. One way that has become popular to develop a greater consciousness of our gifts is to get into a routine of listing those things we are thankful for.
